Wakeah Jhane is of Kiowa/Comanche descent and is wearing traditional southern buckskin powwow regalia.

"I built a life size doll box for her and placed her accessories around her to show off the beauty of her regalia. I'm always asking myself, 'Where do we not see ourselves represented accurately?' Wakeah's regalia took five of her family members one year to make by hand. The high fashion lighting is not just meant to make her look right off the runway, but also for the viewer to fully embrace the high fashion masterpiece of her regalia."
