ReturN POLICY
Thank you for supporting our small business! We understand sometimes an item ordered online isn’t quite what you thought it would be – the fit could be off, the scale is larger or smaller than anticipated, or it was a gift. A few quick questions before returning your item:
- Do you love the piece but the size is too big or too small?
Good news, many of our bracelets and rings can be adjusted! We are happy to assist in making sure it fits whenever possible, please call (412) 682-5092 or email [email protected] to discuss. - Did you receive your item as a gift?
If it’s not quite right we would love to help you exchange it for something else! We have a huge selection of pieces to compliment your taste – traditional and classic, sleek and contemporary, or vintage! If we don’t have something right now we can issue a store credit to use any time in the future!
Should you ultimately decide you would like to return instead of exchange, please read the following information on our return policy:
- Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after merchandise is received by customer.
- All returns must be authorized via email [email protected] before being sent back.
- Upon receipt all items will be inspected to ensure they are in original condition.
- Refunds will be issued in original form of payment within 2-3 business days unless a store credit is preferred.
- No returns or refunds issued after 14 days.
- Items purchased during our annual online sale are Final Sale, no exceptions.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend having a tracking number and insurance for the package-lost return packages are not the responsibility of Four Winds Gallery.
